The UFC 101 salaries weren’t as high as they were for UFC 100 but they were still very good. Here are some of the reported UFC 101 payouts as bonuses in addition to the fighters regular salary…

– B.J. Penn earned $60,000 for “submission of the night”

– Forrest Griffin earned $60,000 for “fight of the night”

– Anderson Silva earned $120,000 for “fight of the night” and “knockout of the night”

Not a bad payout if you ask me! I’m sure the UFC 101 salaries for each fighter were quite substantial already and when you add a $60,000+ bonus into the mix it turns into one heck of a payday!

I wonder what internet fighting sensation and newest member of the UFC, Kimbo Slice, will get paid for his fights? He’s more famous than most of the top UFC fighters already, even though he has yet to prove himself as an MMA fighter.
