Planning a trip soon and staying in a hotel? Well, make you don’t stay at one of the Dirtiest Hotels in America. According to Trip Advisor here are the top 10 dirtiest hotels in the United States for 2009.

1. Hotel Carter – New York City, New York
2. Continental Bayside Hotel – Miami Beach, Florida
3. New York Inn – New York City, New York
4. Eden Roc Motel – Wildwood, New Jersey
5. Days Inn Cleveland Airport – Brook Park, Ohio
6. Days Inn Airport / Stadium Tampa – Tampa, Florida
7. Travelodge Bangor – Bangor, Maine
8. Velda Rose Resort Hotel – Hot Springs, Arkansas
9. Ramada Plaza Hotel JFK International Airport – Jamaica, New York
10. Days Inn & Suites Gatlinburg – Gatlinburg, Tennessee

Apparently those are some very dirty hotels, so it’s probably best to stay away from them if you will be in any of the areas.

And it looks like the big dogs at the Days Inn corporate headquarters might need to make some changes since three of their hotels are in the top ten dirtiest hotels in America.

If you have ever tried to lose weight fast you know how hard it can be. There are so many different diets that are available today that it’s hard to know which ones work and which ones are garbage. Most people will gain weight slowly over time and you do not really notice it until you have put on ten pounds or so. The problem is many think they can just lose that weight over night and it just does not happen. You can get some great results and lose weight fast however if you do it the right way. Keep reading to get a few tips.

Eat more than you are right now. I know what you’re thinking but you really do have to eat more if you want to lose weight quickly. Now that does not mean to load up on two or three meals a day. What you need to do is eat 5 or 6 smaller meals each day and space them out at about 3 hours. What this does is naturally increase your body’s metabolism and helps you burn stored fat you are already carrying.

Do any kind of exercise at all you can think of. Even if you walk around your house for 10 minutes it’s better than sitting down on the couch just after you have eaten. Go out and walk the dog, walk to your friends house a block away instead of driving. Every little bit helps.

If you want to get the most out of minimal exercise then do some walking or running in the morning before you have eaten breakfast. Because you do not have any food in your stomach because you just woke up, this will force your body to burn up the fat it has stored already. Do not think you can work out in the morning and then starve yourself all day thinking you can double up or trick your body. You will be doing yourself much more harm than good.

Finally find a good program that keeps you motivated to stay on your diet. I find that one that takes all the guess work out of it a good one for me. I would rather be told what and when to eat than to spend my time weighing food and counting calories.

After trying out several diets to help me lose weight fast here is my #1 recommended program. If you’re ready to get back into shape without the hassles of complicated diets then check it out.

Many people are looking for those perfect Thanksgiving turkey recipes so they can know how to cook a turkey for their upcoming Thanksgiving dinner. Since we are so close to the wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and I can’t wait to eat that nice dinner with lots of turkey, I decided to post some turkey recipes for you today.

The Best Ugly Turkey Recipe:

This is probably the easiest turkey you will ever make and it tastes great.

Preparation Time:  25 Minutes
Cooking Time:  14 Hours

Ingredients:
1 (12 pound) whole turkey with neck and giblets removed
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons salt
1 apple – peeled, cored and cubed

Directions:
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Rinse the turkey inside and out and pat dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil and salt all over the bird. Place the apple pieces inside of the cavity. Place the turkey breast side down in a large roasting pan.

2) Roast for 3 hours in the preheated oven. Remove from the oven and carefully turn the bird so the breast side is facing up. Return to the oven and cook until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the thigh has reached 180 degrees. Allow the turkey to sit for about 30 minutes before carving and serving.

Juicy Thanksgiving Turkey Recipe:

Preparation Time:  20 Minutes
Cook Time:  3 Hours

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 tablespoons ground dried rosemary
2 tablespoons rubbed dried sage
2 tablespoons dried thyme leaves
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 (15 pound) whole turkey, neck and giblets removed
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 orange, cut into wedges
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (750 milliliter) bottle champagne

Directions:
1) Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a turkey roaster with long sheets of aluminum foil that will be long enough to wrap over the turkey.

2) Stir together the parsley, rosemary, sage, thyme, lemon pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Rub the herb mixture into the cavity of the turkey, then stuff with the celery, orange, onion, and carrot. Truss if desired, and place the turkey into the roasting pan. Pour the chicken broth and champagne over the turkey, making sure to get some champagne in the cavity. Bring the aluminum foil over the top of the turkey, and seal. Try to keep the foil from touching the skin of the turkey breast or legs.

3) Bake the turkey in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear. Uncover the turkey, and continue baking until the skin turns golden brown, 30 minutes to 1 hour longer. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh, near the bone should read 180 degrees F (82 degrees C). Remove the turkey from the oven, cover with a doubled sheet of aluminum foil, and allow to rest in a warm area 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.

Alright, now you have two simple Thanksgiving turkey recipes and you definitely know how to cook a turkey. Enjoy your dinner!
